Rural Staffing Services is partnering with Jefferson Healthcare to recruit an ICU Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the health of a coastal community.

The Opportunity
Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ICU setting
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Guide and support clinical support staff
Monitor patient conditions and respond to critical changes
Ensure patient-centered outcomes through coordinated care
Support a collaborative and respectful team environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Are Looking For
Required
Current Washington State RN license in good standing
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Additional
NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
One year ICU experience preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Pay
$41.43 – $75.65 per hour depending on experience
