The Opportunity

Dispense medications safely and accurately
Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness
Collaborate with providers and care teams on medication management
Educate patients on proper medication use and adherence
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Support quality and safety initiatives within the organization
Contribute to a patient-centered and collaborative environment

What We Are Looking For

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Active Kentucky Pharmacist license or ability to obtain
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Experience in rural or community health settings is a plus
