Rural Staffing Services is supporting a well-respected rural healthcare organization in the Pacific Northwest as they search for a Clinic Manager to oversee a primary care clinic.

This is a key leadership role for someone who understands rural healthcare, values relationships, and knows how to keep a clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and staff.

About the Role

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a primary care clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, staff support, and a positive clinic culture.

This role partners closely with clinical providers and leadership to maintain compliance, optimize operations, and strengthen the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow

• Support providers and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care

• Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinic flow

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, reporting, and operational improvements

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies

• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented clinic culture

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff, providers, and leadership

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinic management or healthcare operations required

• Primary care clinic experience strongly preferred

• Rural healthcare experience highly valued

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
