The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead a comprehensive service line that includes:

Physical Therapy
-
Occupational Therapy
-
Speech Therapy
-
Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation
-
Community Wellness Programs
These services are delivered across inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and community-based settings, offering both variety and continuity of care.
This role partners closely with hospital leadership and plays an important role in operational planning, financial oversight, quality outcomes, staff development, and community engagement.
What You Will Do

Lead the daily operations of rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary, and wellness services

Support, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team

Oversee budgeting, staffing, and departmental performance

Collaborate with nursing, physicians, hospital leadership, and community partners

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Identify opportunities to improve quality, patient experience, and efficiency
-
Provide clinical support as needed to meet patient and team needs

What We Are Looking For

Active Washington State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist

Minimum of three years of clinical experience

Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience

Comfort working across inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, and wellness settings

A leadership style that is confident, collaborative, and grounded

A genuine interest in rural healthcare and community-centered work
