Compensation: $65–$75/hour, based on experience

This is a high-impact Controller role for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and leadership to complex financial operations.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage accounting operations across healthcare clients

• Support month-end close, reporting, and internal controls

• Navigate FQHC and rural health financial environments with confidence

• Partner closely with leadership and operational teams

• Maintain accuracy and calm in a high-volume workflow

What Were Looking For

• Controller-level experience in healthcare

• Strong FQHC and/or rural health background

• Ability to manage high pace without sacrificing accuracy

• Epic EHR experience preferred

• Familiarity with Abila / MIP strongly preferred

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, 1099 role
