We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support rural healthcare operations in Washington State. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit, mission-driven hospital setting and understands the unique financial challenges and opportunities in rural healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and reimbursement strategies.

• Ensure compliance with CAH or FQHC-specific financial regulations, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement models, and cost reporting requirements.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve financial performance while maintaining high-quality patient care.

• Lead financial reporting, audits, and cost containment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a rural healthcare setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Critical Access Hospital or FQHC reimbursement structures, cost reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategy and operational improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
