Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and providers
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations per provider instructions
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and medical histories
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other bedside nursing tasks
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and follow-up care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations

What Were Looking For:

• Active LPN license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient service skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
