Position: Registered Nurse Operating Room
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Reports to: Director of Cancer Center
Sign-On/Relocation: $20,000 (with a 3-year commitment)

About the Opportunity:
Are you an RN with a passion for patient care and a love for the OR? Join the team at Havasu Regional Medical Center in the heart of Lake Havasu City, AZ, where you will bring your expertise to help patients during some of their most critical moments. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in the OR to help us provide excellent care in a dynamic environment.

What We are Looking For:

  • RN with an Associates degree (BSN or higher is preferred)

  • Arizona Registered Nurse License (or compact license) required on hire

  • ACLS certification required upon hire

  • Laser/Safety Officer certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience in clinical quality or safety

  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a general OR

Position Highlights:

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients conditions

  • Establish personalized plans of care with patients and families

  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team

  • Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfers, discharge planning, referrals, and psychosocial support

Shift:
Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with rotating on-call duties.
