As the Senior Director of Adult Acute Services, you'll report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and lead a team committed to delivering top-tier care. Your role will be crucial in overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and strategic planning while ensuring the adult acute service line aligns with the hospital's overarching goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Leadership: Guide the Adult Acute Services team to deliver patient- and family-centered care, while implementing strategic goals and initiatives.

  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze operational budgets, staffing, and financial performance to ensure resource allocation aligns with service needs.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with hospital leadership and department heads to optimize healthcare delivery, quality, and safety.

  • Innovation: Drive continuous improvements in clinical operations and patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and cutting-edge solutions.

  • Team Building: Cultivate a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and recognition across your department.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (Master's preferred) with a valid MT state RN license.

  • 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience (5+ years preferred).

  • Strong financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Leadership experience as a unit director in a clinical setting, preferably within an acute care hospital.

  • Passion for providing patient-centered care and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
