Salary: 78,000-108,000 USD Annually (Based on Experience)

Position Type: Full-time, forty hours per week
Schedule: Day shift, eight-hour shifts

What You Will Do

Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients across the lifespan
Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors
Collaborate closely with primary care providers and clinical staff
Participate in integrated care planning and patient support
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Build trusting relationships with patients and families
Serve as a compassionate and steady presence within the care team

What We Are Looking For

Licensed or license eligible Behavioral Health Counselor
Experience in outpatient or community based settings preferred
Comfort working as part of an integrated healthcare team
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A heart for rural care and community focused work
A thoughtful, patient centered approach to counseling
