Position Type: Part time, twenty hours per week
Schedule: Day shift

We are supporting a rural wellness and therapy center that serves patients across inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient settings. What You Will Do

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services as ordered by referring providers
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver group and individual therapy sessions as appropriate
Support patients in regaining physical and functional independence
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care planning and discharge
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in quality improvement and team meetings
Support continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings

What We Are Looking For

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
Current or license eligible Occupational Therapist certification in Washington State
Current Basic Life Support certification
One year of professional occupational therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfort working with patients across varied care settings
A heart for rural healthcare and community focused work
