Location: Kells, Co. Meath (Office-based/hybrid with travel to client sites as required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00
Full Clean Driving License Required

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats! As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in account management, sales, marketing, and recruitment. You will also manage a range of administrative, social media, and recruitment tasks to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work proactively to achieve targets.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update social media channels to engage with our audience and promote our services.
  • Support brand awareness efforts through content creation and digital marketing.

Client Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for client vacancies.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to client accounts and recruitment.
  • Support internal team members in achieving company goals.
