Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and order processing. You will assist in maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing sales orders, invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams.
- Liaise with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Help manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a garden centre, nursery, or similar environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape design is desirable.
