Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team in Trim, Meath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives, focusing on the electronics sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the electronics industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives within the electronics sector.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and suppliers to drive sales growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
