Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team in Trim, Meath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives, focusing on the electronics sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the electronics industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives within the electronics sector.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and suppliers to drive sales growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:
