The purpose of the role is to ensure to maximise the performance of our world class machinery including new robotics systems, inline vision systems and laser markings. The goal is to achieve the highest possible output of quality cones on your shift.



Key Responsibilities:

• Complete pre- and post-production checks on machinery and workspace
• Machine setup and control in adherence with SOP's
• Conduct quality control checks on products.
• Experience working with documentation: SOPs, Production logs etc
• Complete track & trace production reports.
• Identify and communicate machine maintenance requirements.
• Ensure machines and workspace knowledge is transferred between shifts
• Maintaining a clean & safe production working environment and follow training guidance

Requirements:

• Work authorisation visa

• 1 year of machine operating experience

• Problem solving ability
• Work well in a team to keep the production equipment running in line with best practices
• Ensure quality is at the heart of everything we/you do
• Great work ethic. Complete all instructions provided.

Benefits:

• Salary Base + after six months based on you passing your probation. After 12 month a salary increase based on competence is available.
