Job Title: Building repairs operative 

Location: Meath/Dublin

Salary: 42,000 - 48,000 (DOE)

Job Summary:

BDRS is seeking a skilled Operative with panel beating experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have  experience in panel beating, (essential). In addition to panel beating, the operative will be involved in general repairs on roofing and building facades. Training will be provided for these additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct panel beating/general repairs and maintenance on roofing and building facades.
• Ensure all work meets the company's high standards for quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in panel beating is essential.
• Experience in general repairs on roofing and building facades is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in panel beating and general repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
