Preference is for applicants to be RGI Certified but we can consider candidates who are willing to be trained for certification.

Installation Work:

• Perform installations of radiators, heat pumps, and gas boilers in new build properties and other sites, ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with site managers and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Servicing and Maintenance:

• Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of heating systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair faults in heating and plumbing systems promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies on-site.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including gas safety standards.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear information about work being carried out and offering advice on system maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.

Documentation:

• Accurately complete all required paperwork, including job sheets and service records.
• Report on progress and escalate issues where necessary to supervisors or management.
