Facilitate Agile Transformation:

Participate in the smooth operation of one or more projects involving various business areas of the organization. This may be at the IT level but also at the HR level, for example.Coach and support the team in their respective roles and in planning and coordinating their activities (PI planning, iteration plan, and other SAFe/Agile deliverables and events). Thus, they must master the role of all actors in a SAFe/Agile project team and guide them towards self-organization.Help all stakeholders understand and gradually adopt Agile principles by adjusting and overcoming resistance and hesitations. They must demonstrate knowledge of the traditional mode and the pitfalls related to transitioning to agility.Support teams in understanding their new roles by being able to draw parallels or highlight differences compared to the roles they are accustomed to in traditional project modes.Master the technical principles related to continuous value delivery, such as the basic CI/CD pipeline (continuous integration and deployment), version control, automated testing, and deployment tools. Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps is required.Provide internal training resources with observed development needs as part of their activities.Continuous Improvement: The senior agile coach will work with management to develop a roadmap to maintain the organization's agility as it grows.
