Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Industrial Engineer with Process Optimization Experience. As an Industrial Engineer, you will apply your expertise in business improvement processes, overcoming resistance to change, and understanding of technical equipment and networks to drive efficiency enhancements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing Current Processes: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes across various functional areas to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Designing and Implementing Process Improvements: Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
3. Leading Change Management Efforts: Overcome resistance to change by effectively communicating the benefits of process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams from different departments to gather insights, address challenges, and ensure successful implementation of process enhancements.
5. Performance Measurement and Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to measure the performance of optimized processes, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
6. Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving business improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
7. Communication: Maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, share progress, and address any concerns or feedback effectively.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
2. 6 to 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, business improvement processes, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of process optimization principles and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile).
4. Proven experience in overcoming resistance to change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing project requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
