The Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager Will:

  • Manage the account life cycle: pre-renewal, renewal, post renewal, stewardship and visiting clients if needed.
  • Lead and coordinate the evaluation of marketing results, develop and present recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate with Producers, Placement and Service teams to prepare risk management and insurance programs that provide both competitive pricing/terms and advocates for the best interests of Clients and Prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Producer to further evaluate new business opportunities with prospects and clients; assists in onboarding of new clients and/or policies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Prepare formal presentations/proposals including loss summary and coverage comparisonCollaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.
  • Participate in RFP process and finalist presentations
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Your Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience servicing commercial accounts.
  • 3+ years of experience servicing real estate and construction accounts.
  • NY P&C License.
