1. Introduction

The Royal Homecare Refer a Friend Programme ("the Programme") allows individuals to refer potential caregivers to Royal Homecare and receive a €100 One4All gift card upon successful placement of the referred caregiver.

2. Eligibility

• To participate in the Programme, the referrer ("Participant") must be a current client or caregiver of Royal Homecare.
• The referred caregiver must not have previously applied to or worked for Royal Homecare.
• The referred caregiver must successfully complete a placement with Royal Homecare for a minimum of one year to qualify the Participant for the reward.

3. Referral Process

• Participants must submit referrals through the official referral form provided by Royal Homecare.
• Referrals must include accurate and complete information about the referred caregiver.
• Participants may refer multiple caregivers, but only one gift card will be awarded per successful placement.

4. Reward Criteria

• The €100 One4All gift card will be awarded to the Participant after the referred caregiver has successfully completed one year of continuous employment with Royal Homecare.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Royal Homecare reserves the right to withhold the reward if the referred caregiver does not meet the employment criteria or if the Programme terms and conditions are not adhered to.

5. Notification and Delivery of Reward

• Participants will be notified by Royal Homecare once the referred caregiver has completed the qualifying period.
• The One4All gift card will be sent to the Participant's registered address within 30 days of the qualifying date.

6. Program Duration and Amendments

• The Refer a Friend Programme may be modified, suspended, or terminated by Royal Homecare at any time without prior notice.
• Participants will be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of referral.

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected through the Programme will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Programme and will be handled in accordance with Royal Homecare's Privacy Policy.

8. General

• Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Royal Homecare reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
