About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven Production & Operations Planning Manager to oversee factory-wide planning, production scheduling, capacity optimisation, and quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
This is a senior management role that requires strong, data-driven leadership.
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
On-site role.
Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop master production schedules

Drive KPI monitoring and efficiency improvement

Manage raw materials, finished goods yield & inventory planning

Lead HSE planning & compliance

Oversee logistics and journey management

Implement quality management systems
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production & operations within manufacturing
- Strong experience managing factory-wide planning & supply chain coordination
- Degree in Engineering / Production Management / Chemistry or related
- Experience implementing quality systems (Lean, Sigma, HACCP preferred)
- Immediate availability or short notice
- Willing to complete a psychometric assessment
