Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the companys presence in global markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with international clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agencies, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Lead international sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align international sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably within real estate, property development, or related sectors.
- Strong network with international brokers, agencies, or investors is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for business development and promotional events.
- Strong analytical skills and market insight to identify growth opportunities.
