Roles & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
  • Provide professional guidance on real estate investment opportunities and wealth growth strategies.
  • Identify client financial objectives and recommend suitable property investment solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct investment consultations, property presentations, and site visits for prospective investors.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and excellent client experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.



Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in wealth advisory, investment consulting, private banking, or real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of investment planning, asset management, and property investment strategies.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
