Roles & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote the companys products or services.
  • Conduct direct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.

Requirements:

Desired candidate profile

  1. Prior experience working with real estate developers or property development companies.
  2. Strong understanding of off-plan property sales, project launches, and developer-led sales processes.
  3. Experience promoting residential, commercial, or luxury property developments.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate project features, investment potential, and developer offerings to prospective clients.
  5. Familiarity with coordinating with developer sales teams and understanding project documentation and payment plans.
