Roles & responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote the companys products or services.
- Conduct direct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Requirements:
Desired candidate profile
- Prior experience working with real estate developers or property development companies.
- Strong understanding of off-plan property sales, project launches, and developer-led sales processes.
- Experience promoting residential, commercial, or luxury property developments.
- Ability to effectively communicate project features, investment potential, and developer offerings to prospective clients.
- Familiarity with coordinating with developer sales teams and understanding project documentation and payment plans.
