Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries promptly.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate client records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
