Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Rodenbaugh's Flooring America Kitchen Bed and Bath. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies - Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication - Train and supervise office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and maintain office budget, including tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with HR duties, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Plan and organize company events and meetings - Manage office equipment and technology, including troubleshooting any issues and coordinating repairs - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Other duties as assigned by upper management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations is a plus - Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
