Key duties and responsibilities
Valuation · Support actuarial valuation reports and documentation under IFRS directive · Support quarterly and annual report at a Group level in order to ensure compliance of local policies and procedure. · Supports the development of the relevant models and studies so as to develop the actuarial assumptions, in accordance to current and near-future market conditions and development, in order to customize and adjust complex actuarial models with the intention of generating accurate projection of cash flow. · Performs the application of standard policies and guidelines to actuarial processes in order to calculate risks and indicate risk mitigation measures. · Responsible for recommending and suggesting improvements and adjustments in the implementation of a process or procedure in order to optimize efficiency and minimize risks. · Control the actuarial input for the annual forecasting with respect to potential risks and their potential effects on company profitability. · Lead and support Korea IFRS work · Work with regional team on IFRS project
Research Support · Handling client information requests · Managing information flow internally and externally
Supporting punctual data collection

Required experience & competencies
Experience: · Minimum 10 years of industry experience. Personal Competences:
Essential: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean.
Desirable: · Solid analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability. · Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Managerial competences (if applicable): N/A

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
