Job Description:
- Manage ad accounts on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) with a considerable budget and explore different ad formats to optimize the performance.
- Develop marketing strategies with ROI & efficiency mindset.
- Define strategies to support various business goals including but not limited to retargeting, retention optimization, etc.
- To provide accurate analysis, forecasting, reporting, and translate insights to the business and forming methodologies at a larger scope.
- Propose and manage projects with strategic thinking.
- Build strategies with cross-functional colleagues to serve key objectives. Be the reliable source to XFN partners for product improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant disciplines.
- Experience in a user growth role involving media buyer, performance ads strategy, etc
- Enthusiastic at tackling complex situations, providing solutions, and building strategies from 0 to 1.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Proficiency in performance ads on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other network media. In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Strong in interpretation, quick at the reaction, and careful with execution
- Good teamwork spirit, strong management ability, clear logic, priority awareness, passion, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to manage mandarin speaking business stakeholders.
