Work you'll do
• use domain expertise and creates customized solutions for clients complex business issues.
• design and manage the execution of a multi-dimensional transformation program that delivers business outcomes and creates a strong qualification for Deloitte.
• leverage domain expertise to either enable a client’s strategic agenda and/or strengthen Deloitte’s market position.
• make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
• articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area
• lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
• project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
• leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
• adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
• generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
You're also expected to
• advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
• sell potential and current clients on Deloitte’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
• apply deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered
• At least 9 years of solid work experience in infrastructure/cloud architecture, preferably with ServiceNow project implementation experience
• Knowledge and experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure
• Proven track record in ITSM technologies is an advantage
• Have knowledge of implementation of database and integration with digital cloud platform
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
• Certification in AWS, Azure will have an advantage
