Superintendent

Successful Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10+years experience in all phases of multi-family construction(apartments and townhomes). Ideal candidates will be accomplished in project scheduling, field supervision, and quality control. Must have strong computer and organizational skills. Ability to upload and download documents from shared platforms, etc. Ability to read and interpret site plans, specifications, blue prints, & construction plans a must. Must have excellent customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining all permits
• Developing, maintaining & performing weekly updates of construction project schedules
• Managing all phases of construction projects
• Supervising all on-site construction
• Scheduling subcontractors
• Resolving day-to-day problems on the job site
• Understanding & implementing the subcontractors' scopes of work
• Inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans & specifications
• Creating punch lists & helping with the closing process
• Corresponding & meeting engineers, town officials, subcontractors, etc.
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
