Join one of London's most visually striking and innovative pastry boutiques, known for its handcrafted, couture-level doughnuts and artistic sweet creations. We are looking for talented and passionate Decoration Team Members to become part of the creative kitchen team and help elevate the guest experience through meticulous presentation and flavour.
Key Responsibilities
As a Decoration Team Member, you will:
- Decorate doughnuts and pastries to a consistently high visual and taste standard, following established brand guidelines
- Work with creams, glazes, fillings, and garnishes, applying each element with precision and care
- Follow detailed decoration instructions and recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Operate in an open kitchen environment, maintaining a professional appearance and interacting with guests when required
- Support with general kitchen operations, including opening and closing routines, cleaning, and workstation organisation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production and workflow during busy periods
What Is Expected
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in cake decoration, patisserie, or a bakery setting
- A strong eye for visual detail and passion for beautiful presentation
- Ability to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A friendly, confident manner in customer-facing environments
- Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices
- Flexibility and openness to creative direction and new techniques
Additional Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK (valid documentation required)
- Good spoken English communication skills
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring availability at least 5 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays. Сandidate must be available to work either morning, daytime, or evening shifts as needed.
