About the Role
This is a sales and business development-focused role, ideally suited to someone with a background in 360 recruitment who is looking to move into a more growth-driven Sales & Marketing position. We would also welcome applications from candidates with strong business development experience within international Food & Beverage or Supply Chain sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in winning new business and strengthening our brand presence in the UK Food & Beverage specialist recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and manage client relationships in the UK market.
- Own and manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating engaging content and advising headhunters on effective content strategies for their own accounts.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, credibility, and lead generation.
- Support recruitment activities as and when required, (e.g. during busy periods).
- Contribute to internal hiring as the business grows and help shape future team structure.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to develop growth strategies and track performance using CRM tools.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within food & beverage, FMCG, or supply chain/logistics.
- Strong B2B sales capability, confident in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing for business purposes would be highly advantageous.
- Effective use of AI tools and basic technologies (e.g. ChatGPT and similar platforms) to support productivity and output.
- Excellent English (written and spoken), suitable for UK client-facing communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—ambitious, resilient, proactive, and comfortable with hard work and responsibility.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively.
