Lending Sales Manager

A Lending Sales Manager is responsible for leading a lending sales team to achieve business growth by acquiring new customers, increasing loan portfolios, and ensuring high-quality customer service while managing lending risks and complying with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive loan sales and portfolio growth
• Lead, coach, and manage Lending Officers
• Develop new business opportunities and customer acquisition channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and referral networks.
• Monitor sales performance, portfolio quality, and team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and responsible lending practices.
• Prepare sales forecast and performance reports.

Background and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in lending, banking, microfinance, or financial services sales.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Good understanding of lending products and credit processes.
