Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruitment Specialist – Automotive Dealerships to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our dealership network across Bangkok. This role will focus heavily on mass recruitment and frontline hiring, ensuring timely delivery of qualified talent to support business growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with dealership management teams. Experience within the automotive industry or dealership environment will be highly advantageous.

Main location: Ford RMA Dealership (Rama 4)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Deliver recruitment solutions for high-volume and frontline positions across automotive dealerships.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and local talent networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and dealership leaders.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within agreed hiring timelines and service levels.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with dealership managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and candidate insights to stakeholders.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate selection.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Events

  • Represent the company at recruitment fairs, community hiring events, and dealership recruitment activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Promote employee referral programs and other talent acquisition campaigns.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring volume.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment/high-volume hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for operational, sales, customer service, or frontline positions.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, dealership network, or automotive retail business is highly advantageous.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and talent pipeline-building capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Native Thai speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly between dealership locations within Bangkok for recruitment activities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and hiring projects.
