Supervisor Sales Consultant (01 Vacancy) – to base in Siem Reap

Key Responsibilities

• To Process booking and ensure the services is delivered smoothly to customers
• To keep track daily result and propose immediate action to improve rental and leasing sales.
• To generated accurate report daily, weekly, monthly, within deadline
• To ensure the good relationship with customers and good booking services to existing customers.
• To provide real time market update to team for faster response to market changes and identify prospects, opportunities for sales.
• Working closely under supervision of Rental Supervisor to achieve short term rental sales.
• Coordinating with rental and leasing Team to exchange and information related to the market
• Coordinate with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customer
• Consulting with the walk in customer for processing renting a car.

Education Knowledge and Requirements

• Ensure you continue to develop your area of expertise through your own personal career development and utilizing training and development offered by the company.
• Act as an advocate for the company, promoting it internally and externally.
• Integrity, teamwork, problem solving, verbal and written Communication
• Level professional for Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point…)
• Hospitality, transportation knowledge and analytical skill
• Experience in sales 2-3 years as a team leader or supervisor.
