+ Job Description

• Report to the Operation Support Manager.

• Collaborate with all other departments/division and employees.

• Closely liaise with RMA Group on policy matters.

External

• Maintain active relationships with key OEMs as required

• Develop and maintain relationships with customer, suppliers, vendors, Government and private sectors.

Functional Responsibilities

• Accounting and finance, Overall assist and work at the division level in order to match the requirement of company.

• Invoice, AR collection and all the process will need to be clean and clear updated from time to time required by management.

• Expense, either cash or credit ... need to be in proper process and control in order to make a smooth operation for business. Especially monitor cost and expense to align with budgeted.

• Staff, overall assist HR policy and process through division administration office. Especially assess performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

• Support the operations of division related to all matter. Especially working closely with Supporting Function from head office HR, IT, Finance, Legal and CEO Office.

• You are as management in the AED/HED will need to input your thought and ideas into the department and division in order for us to change and grow the organization without hesitation.

• You might be assign by manager to do other tasks if need.

Sales/Marketing:

• Assist as required all other department to achieve target/ budget/ goal

Financial Responsibilities

• Assist to Manage costs at reasonable levels and in line with budget

• Actively advise concerns relating to profitability of division.

++ Job Requirement 

• Educated to at least bachelor degree level or similar and higher.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• A minimum of 3 years of related Industry or work
• Possess a very strong business acumen
• Highest level of business acumen
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Fully conversation with Microsoft suite of products and fully computer literate.
Desirable:
• Experience working for/with Multinational company or OEM supplier
• Driver’s License motor vehicle.
