Overview of the Role
We are seeking a curious and capable CRM Administrator to support our teams growing use of Salesforce across sales operations and workflow automation. Based in Bangkok and reporting to the Sales Solutions and Support Manager, you'll assist with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce across departments, including supporting business users, ensuring data quality, creating reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting in the configuration of business workflows. The position ensures operational consistency and contributes to the optimization of Salesforce capabilities in alignment with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce journey who is eager to learn by doing, experiment with new tools, and contribute to real business impact. Over time, you will develop both technical and business skills, with structured opportunities for career growth and certification.
Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Training Support
- Document configuration changes and user processes for internal reference
- Assist in preparing and delivering training materials for new features or updates
- Participate in feedback cycles to improve adoption and user experience
System Maintenance & User Support
- Manage user accounts, permission sets, profiles, and basic security controls
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
- Assist in customizing layouts, fields, picklists, and simple workflows
- Support the maintenance and updating of Salesforce integrations, including SharePoint, document generation tools, and sales and marketing tools
Data Management & Quality Control
- Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities
- Support data imports, exports, and bulk updates using Data Loader or related tools
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of fields used in sales and compliance-related processes
- Reports, Dashboards & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the Sales Administration, Sales, and Management teams
- Support performance monitoring by providing visibility into key metrics and business workflows
Background and Experience
- Bachelors degree in any field
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce (or other CRM) business user or administrator required
- Completed Trailhead badges or super badges related to Salesforce Administrator certification required at minimum
- Excellent data management skills, including data import, export, deduplication, maintaining data accuracy, and reporting; good Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Active listener with strong verbal and written communication skills in English required; additional languages helpful but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for interactions with users or vendors in international time zones
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Proactive and self-directing, with excellent priority management skills
- Adaptability, with a drive to continue learning and applying new Salesforce skills and certifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required. A minimum TOEIC score of 750 is mandatory.
Additional Details
Interaction with Salesforce users from Global Fleet Sales and other RMA Group companies is central to the role. This includes delivering training, providing support, and gathering requirements. The role also involves collaboration with Salesforce account managers and vendors who provide development, consulting, or integration software or services. While travel is generally minimal, the role may require occasional domestic or international travel (less than 10%) for training, project support, or professional development.
