About the job Chief Commercial Officer

- Develop and execute the companys commercial strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

- Oversee and lead the sales network through Area Manager to drive portfolio growth and maintain credit quality.

- Direct the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, promotions, and dealer engagement activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Ensure internal and external communications are managed within policy and are approopriate for the audience.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

- Align marketing and sales strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.

- Set clear KPIs for Area Managers and the Marketing team, and regularly review performance.

- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

- Provide training and professional development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.

- Monitor early delinquency trends and implement corrective actions with Area Manager.

- Ensure all commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC standards.

- Promote responsible lending practices and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Lead annual budget planning for sales and marketing functions, aligning with overall corporate objectives.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver smooth and efficient leasing operations.

- Report to the Managing Director on commercial performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.

- Responsible also for product development.

++ Job Requirement

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- 8 years in senior commercial leadership within leasing, banking, or consumer finance, with proven success in sales and marketing oversight.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Cambodian movable asset leasing market, dealer networks, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills; fluent in Khmer and English; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Results-driven, market-focused, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Able to travel to oversea and provinces
