Overview of the Role

The IT Operations (ITO) Intern Officer will gain hands-on experience with multi-vendor technologies and solutions, while supporting large-scale IT service operations and infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level onsite and remote IT support to users.
  • Use Copilot AI to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the mentor.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Senior IT Service Desk or IT Infrastructure Engineers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network devices, firewall devices and other standard IT equipment.
  • Support lifecycle management of IT assets, including refresh, utilization tracking, and decommissioning.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Currently study in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Computer or a related field.
  • Able to do internship at least for 3 months period.
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Ability to apply Copilot AI effectively in daily work.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, desktop support, and Basic understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, Wireless LAN, and Network Security.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting, or programming is a plus.
  • Thai native with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
