Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Phnom Penh, with provisions for occasional remote work. The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy development, drive campaign execution, and oversee market research to assess industry trends and consumer needs. The role includes managing marketing budgets, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead branding and promotional efforts to enhance EFG market presence and foster customer engagement.
- To effectively implement yearly Marketing Communication Plan and within budget of Tous les Jours.
- To make sure that promotional campaigns being correctly implemented at the store level such as briefing staff,
- Leaflet distribution, banner hanging, poster placement, etc
- Follow up and conduct surveys on competitors advertising and promotional activities;
- do consumer research; and analyze the company's promotional campaign results.
- To effectively coordinate with franchisors Marketing department for various marketing programs and
- Adapt for Cambodia markets.
- To work closely with Store Managers to come up with Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs for stores in need.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management.
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Measuring Campaign Performance.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing practices, including Social Media Management and Content Creation.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability to work in dynamic environments.
