Job Description:

  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
  • Need to meet customers outside, the province, standby at Car Display, Roadshow, or other division..etc
  • Build rapport and customer relationships and qualify the customer's requirements.
  • Qualifies own understanding of customer's needs through discussion of alternative options, to build the closest possible match between the product and customer's needs.
  • Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and the purchase process.
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Archive sales target set by Division Internal.
  • Work closely with all employees and other related departments, especially AFS & Operations.
  • Generate insightful reports on customer feedback.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly as required by Managers.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all kinds of customers.
  • Keep closely updated with Customer & Network for progressing/moving actions, as well as to understand client's needs.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license.
