Group Talent Assistant Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for a motivated Group Talent Assistant Manager, who will be a key member of the Group HR Team in coordinating talent management and development activities for RMA Group. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and flexible talent professional who would like to grow and develop within a dynamic regional HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions for our employees, teams, and leaders
• Deliver leadership and functional skills training (in both English and Thai)
• Implement a talent development framework and associated processes
• Identify relevant best practices and innovation in the learning & development arena that may be implemented at RMA
• Manage the administration of training, including conducting needs analysis as required and maintaining up to date training records
• Support in the design and development of a robust global process of identifying key talent
• Support the succession planning process for senior roles and critical positions, to ensure a practical and actionable plan of developing internal talent
