Overview and purpose of the role

We are looking for an energetic Intern, who is quick to learn and can support our Group HR team in project related tasks. This internship is expected to last for a duration of 6 months but can be extended based upon on-going performance and renewed expectations leading up to the internship expiration date. This internship is based out of our Group Headquarters in Bangkok.

Note that we view this internship as a position that serves two purposes. Firstly, it is important that the Intern learns from this role as we will help develop that person to become a HR professional. Secondly, we would view this Intern as a key part of our team and would pass through valuable work which will help our department grow in its expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including our global employee engagement survey
  • Support in organizing training and development programs for our Headquarters
  • Support in our employee recognition programs, including the co-ordination of our Chairman's awards
  • Help maintain accurate HR metrics
  • Support on various HR related topics, focused on ensuring that we continually raise the bar in being an employer of choice
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Assist with maintaining a well-organized HR office environment

Background and experience

  • Graduated, or is in the final year of graduation of either a Business degree, or MBA
  • Digital savvy, particularly in using AI tools/social media
  • Is a Thai National, who can speak and write English fluently (TOEIC 700+ as a approximate guide)
