Job Descriptions 

  • Independently managing and developing a customer-oriented and profitable body shop business
  • Managing and developing current employees, in the future Subcontractors to comply the RMA standards and requirements
  • Arrange to get Ford, JLR and MB OEM certification
  • Ensuring OEM audit standards are met and legal regulations on labor and environmental protection complied
  • Implement body shop management system and KPIs and best practice process
  • Prepare Budget, Execute set plans to achieve budgeted revenue of Body shop and CSI rate on an annual and monthly basis
  • Staff motivation, expansion plans
  • Achieve yearly agreed initiatives are executed and monitored
  • Develop up to date in-market knowledge of competitive activities pricing and market actions related to Body and Paint
  • Review KPI data, customer feedbacks, prepare necessary improvement action plans with time line
  • Work in cooperation with the sales, aftersales team
  • Do periodic meetings with Insurance and build good relationship to develop the business
  • Prepare employee motivation plan and make sure all required trainings and motivation plan delivered as per the agreed timeline
  • Complete periodic individual performance reviews
  • Manage the on-going internal housekeeping, reports, presentation, and training certification
  • According to the volume increase prepare necessary facility and organization expansion plans and implement
  • Parts ordered as per the purchase agreement, necessary stock order in place, obsolete stock clearance plan etc.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed, implement regular internal quality measures
  • Manger staff and workload to achieve efficient results
  • Be well organized to enable jobs to be carried out effectively and efficiently with necessary Health and Safety process
  • Interact customers to know the nature of their concerns
  • Use only RMA distributor paint brands and material only
  • Implement BASF proposed body shop management system and run effectively to the business growth.

-Job Requirements:


- Minimum (5 to 7) year experience in the automotive body shop workshop management preferred OEM or any premium brand.
- Technical skill on body and paint jobs and process.
- Up to date with latest body shop operating technologies.
- High knowledge need for solving the body shop, Insurance, customer related issues Organizational ability.
- Skill in Body & Paint operation process
- Body shop Management system handling
- Technical Skill on Body & Paint process
- Required to visit RMA locations, RMA networks in country OEM/Supplier locations, Customer locations.
