Description
- Building customer relationship
- Ensure sales opportunities are maximized for full range of JLR service and products.
- Demonstrating contact with the customers to ensure they are kept full informed through sales and pre-delivery process.
- Working closely with aftersales and marketing team to provide support to customers concerns.
- Preparing and proposing work plan and trip plan daily/weekly/monthly.
- Completing and sending report timely.
- Maintaining a professional manner and high standard of professional presentation as all times.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree sales/marketing.
- Good English & Chinese communication.
- At least two years experience relate to field.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good at computer skill (Microsoft, outlook).
- Commitment to reach target set.
- Support team when needed.
