  • Building customer relationship
  • Ensure sales opportunities are maximized for full range of JLR service and products.
  • Demonstrating contact with the customers to ensure they are kept full informed through sales and pre-delivery process.
  • Working closely with aftersales and marketing team to provide support to customers concerns.
  • Preparing and proposing work plan and trip plan daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Completing and sending report timely.
  • Maintaining a professional manner and high standard of professional presentation as all times.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree sales/marketing.
  • Good English & Chinese communication.
  • At least two years experience relate to field.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good at computer skill (Microsoft, outlook).
  • Commitment to reach target set.
  • Support team when needed.
