Customer Service/ Service Advisor

1. Greats all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs and directs them to the appropriate or location.
2. Controls service traffic flow and parking.
3. Determines if customers coming into service haven an appointment. 
4. Records customers name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
5. Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
6. Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, Free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc.
7. Maintains a professional appearance.
8. Other tasks as assigned.
