Overview of the role

We are seeking a Group Talent Specialist to join our Corporate HR team, located in Bangkok. This is a management level role and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the RMA Group in helping recruit the best talent for our organization. In addition, the successful candidate will be involved in identifying and nurturing talent across our global group.

Please note that due to the international nature of the role, Excellent written and spoken English skills are a critical requirement for this role (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide).

Key objectives

  • Full responsibility for Group HQ and senior management recruitment across the globe (in conjunction with the GM of Talent)
  • Work with stakeholders on the recruitment validation process, to ensure right fit of role for the function, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for RMAs global headquarters in Bangkok
  • Onboard new hires to ensure an engaging welcome for those joining RMA
  • Be the subject matter expert of the recruitment system
  • Identify high potential talent across the global group, and train regional HR teams on the talent identification, management, and succession planning process
  • Develop employee development programs and deploy those programs, which may include training and other L&D related interventions
  • Create dashboards, and report on recruitment, L&D, talent metrics
  • Work with Group Marketing to manage employee branding initiatives, to enhance RMAs position as a global employer of choice
  • Provide administrative support, including finalizing agreements with recruitment companies, managing invoices, and others to ensure professional end-to-end management of the recruitment and talent development process

Background and experience

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle management (with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, L&D)
  • Demonstrated background of successfully recruiting for management positions, both within and outside of Thailand
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for talent (including pro-active reach outs) through LinkedIn and other professional recruiting platforms
  • A degree in business, HR, or related areas
  • Highly IT savvy, and willing to develop these skills further (such as within areas of AI, digital transformation, HRIS)
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide)
  • Experience as a HRBP is a plus
