About the job HR Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team and Hiring Manager to recruit suitable people to the company as required
  • Responsible in the recruitment process including related administrative duties on recruitment process, job posting, job description recording, interview conducting and arranging, candidates contacting and screening, interview feedback collecting, etc
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers on recruitment progress including candidates and interviews feedback
  • Store visits onsite interviews
  • Keep recruitment software updated
  • Assist and prepare recruitment reports as required
  • Assist in executing college recruiting initiatives and job fairs as required
  • Keep the company's social media platform active and creatively create artwork (photo / VDO) as required as a part of employer branding to engage and attract potential candidates
  • Conduct exit interview with our leavers and monitor the results
  • Other ad hocs as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

  • Related Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource (preferably in but not required)
  • At least 1 year working experiences within Admin/HR related position (recruiting experience is preferred)
  • Basic - Good English language competency
  • Basic - Good Microsoft Office skill (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) or Google Suit as equivalent
  • Excellent time and work load management skill, ability to prioritize, high attention to detail, and ability to plan-task and multi-task, good problem solving and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude
