Overview of the Role
The Territory Aftersales Manager is responsible for developing and executing aftersales strategies within their assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), ensuring profitability for both the company and its sub-dealers. This role requires a deep understanding of the aftersales market environment, forecasting future business opportunities, and implementing actionable plans. Additionally, the position involves coaching and mentoring sub-dealer aftersales personnel, promoting technical expertise and alignment with new product technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and aftersales strategies for sub-dealers.
- Achieve aftersales volume targets and meet financial and operational objectives.
- Lead structured processes for sub-dealer planning and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement aftersales marketing plans; review performance regularly.
- Facilitate dealer review meetings and manage CRM system data.
- Stay current with dealer operational requirements and communicate competitive intelligence.
- Address dealership needs, ensuring sub-dealer satisfaction and engagement.
- Represent the company in aftersales activities and promote technology-based services.
- Maintain product knowledge across the equipment lineup and participate in industry associations.
- Provide training plans for sub-dealer technicians as required.
- Monitor OEM key indicators and ensure compliance.
- Support business objectives through ad hoc tasks and teamwork.

- Proven ability to serve as a subject matter expert and effectively share knowledge within the organization.
